David has been helping families and individuals create and stay on top of their estate plans for the past 21 years. The joy (and challenge!) of his work is to provide for loved ones, minimize family conflict, protect assets, and reduce taxes – all within the framework of the opportunities, complexities, and idiosyncrasies found in most families. Estate planning encompasses the technical and profound, helping clients prepare for death and incapacity. On his “most-grateful-for list” is time with family. David is a former shepherd and bee-keeper. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Northeastern University School of Law.

Coming from a family of attorneys, Jennifer began practicing law in 2012 with her mother’s law firm. Since joining Pathway Law, Jennifer focuses her work on estate planning and estate administration. She enjoys hearing her clients’ stories and working creatively to find solutions uniquely tailored to their needs. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and is currently learning to play the piano and teaching herself Spanish. Jennifer earned her J.D. at Massachusetts School of Law and her B.A. from Assumption College, where she graduated cum laude.

Susan’s friendly voice is most likely the first you hear when you call Pathway Law. With kindness, patience, and good humor, she will listen to your needs and help you to the appropriate firm resource. Through the estate planning process, Susan helps our clients stay on track and complete their planning. She also handles most of the firm’s probate matters, working with our attorneys to help settle our clients’ estates. Susan is the mother of a special needs son and feels privileged to witness the courage and strength of the special needs communities they are is involved with.
Eva Adams

As one of the firm’s paralegals, Eva is involved in document drafting and advising clients on the funding of their estate plans. Eva also works with trust beneficiaries as part of our Fiduciary Services Team and in the estate administration process. A lifelong lover of numbers, she enjoys preparing estate tax returns and all types or accounting. At home, she grows fruits and vegetables (especially garlic!), looks forward to time with her family, and takes walks with her husband David. Eva holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
Nelsy Barreiro

Nelsy is one of our paralegals here at the firm. Her responsibilities include document drafting, client communications, oversight of the firm’s admin support staff. Nelsy also keeps track of all the firm’s files from opening to final storage. She graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Applied Legal Studies. Nelsy is a native of the Dominican Republic and is fluent in Spanish. She is passionate about her home country and keeps current with political and legal events there.

Renay handles the firm’s billing, accounting and financial reporting. She also serves as an accountant and client liaison to the firm for Pathway Law’s Fiduciary Services Team. Renay has been providing office management and accounting services as an independent contractor to individuals and small businesses for over sixteen years and has over twenty-seven years of experience working in the legal industry.

Jeremy is an intern at Pathway Law, focusing on optimizing the firm’s estate planning and estate administration systems. As a student at Sattler College majoring in business, he became interested in the law and its importance in the world of business. When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys reading books, writing in his journal, and studying for the LSAT.
Adam Traganos
Director of Document Destruction
Adam is in charge of Pathway Law’s document shredding, an important part of the firm’s security measures. Adam enjoys listening to classic books (including The Hobbit and Moby Dick). When he is done shredding, Adam can be found at the Belmont Library or getting a hot chocolate at the Black Bear Café.
