Ben is an estate planning attorney, engaging with families to plan for their future in the areas of asset protection, simple tax planning, and probate avoidance in a manner that is understandable and approachable. He helps elderly clients with their long-term care planning, which is technical and complex. He also plays an important role in the firm’s probate and estate administration practice.
Ben is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), member of the Massachusetts Chapter for NAELA, and a Member of both Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel, networks of attorneys committed to the highest standards and excellence in providing estate planning and elder law counsel. Ben is a graduate of New England Law | Boston (J.D.) and the University of Arizona (Psychology).
He and his wife, Elena, have two small children, Taylor and Kayani. When he is not practicing law or spending time with his family, Ben enjoys serving with his local church and he makes every effort to be outdoors hiking and playing volleyball, soccer, and basketball.
