I work with our estate planning and estate administration teams on the real estate aspects of our client matters. Each matter is unique and often brings a new challenge, which is my favorite part of my work here. Typically, I am drafting documents to transfer Massachusetts real estate according to our client’s estate plans, reviewing title insurance policies, and ensuring documents are properly recorded at the Registry of Deeds. For some of our more unique matters, I coordinate with outside counsel on zoning, litigation, environmental compliance, and business entity formation. For all real estate located outside of Massachusetts, I coordinate with our clients and provide referrals to the appropriate out-of-state real estate professionals.

Outside of my time at Pathway Law, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children and large extended family. If the sun is out (and even if it truly isn’t), we can be found swimming in the cold water of Salisbury Beach and enjoying time outside with friends and family.

Professional Background

I am a graduate of New York University. Before joining Pathway Law nearly two years ago, I worked as a real estate paralegal for twenty years. My experience includes two years at a busy residential real estate firm in Wellesley and eighteen years at Fitzsimmons Law Office in Arlington. From my time in Arlington, I gained invaluable experience with a wide range of real estate matters – and shared office space with the early Pathway Law team! I am thrilled to be back together after all this time.
